This is my 3rd delivery from sensibleseeds and as always, I am more than satisfied.

I literally do not know from where to start.

I want to begin with their -customer service- and I want to tell you guyz that I am more than satisfied!!

They have been always passionate about me and they have answered all of my questions. I have made a miss payment but they have provided me a solution again, in a very reasonable amount of time.

I want to state that I have been satisfied with their response time as well. Sometimes 1 work day sometimes less. I am always contacting to them by e-mail.

As it is not legal in my country, people like us, as you would most probably agree with us, people like us, we have concerns, I mean rightful concerns :） . And all I can say is, they always reduced our concerns and made us feel comfortable. I am beyond satisfied with their discreet packing skills. BEST OF THE BEST 🔥🔥

At first, I saw some negative reviews about sensibleseeds, it was saying that the beans that they bought are not fresh.
We have placed 2 orders to sensible seeds lately, the germination rate is 100%. All of them has popped! In addition to this, about our first order, we have waited for a bit because they did not have that much ready in stock. When we have received the seeds, the look was really nice and we did not have any problem about the seed side. I can not say something about the past but we have not faced w/ any problems about germination or bad seed quality last 2 years.

In addition to this, we have made a purchase from the 2022 seed collection, we have made some bulk purchases, we had some serious doubts at first because the price was way much cheaper. As the time passed, we have received the seeds and all of them has popped again!!! It was a really beneficial purchase by our side and we are also satisfied with the germination rates as well.

To sum up;

Let's say something negative as well: As they are working with Royalmail, sometimes you need to wait a bit more but it is not a big deal at all! Better safe than sorry （:

Being that I'm located in the US, it's not always easy or cheap to purchase quality genetics. Over the years I've tried several different seed banks and seems like I always come back to sensible. It's the total package and offers just about anything a person could want. On top of that the staff is friendly, helpful and always respond promptly. It's on the top of my list, and I "highly" recommend.

I have been a customer of Sensible seeds since 2016 now and I have always been happy with the service I received so I have not felt the need to deal with any other seed company so far! It is a reliable company to shop with and has a wide selection of seeds and choice of promotions to get bonus seeds. It is easy to get in touch with the company I usually email them and have found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly like the customer notes section of the website when you place your order as it helps the dispatch team process your order more smoothly.

I tried to place a order with the pay by credit card option. I was sent a How To Pay link. It does not let you pay by credit card unless you register to the How To Pay Company with your driver's license and other private information. This is unacceptable to me. So back to Cannapot I go with their no hassle credit card option.
