Rocket Seeds is run by Brendon Evan Kennedy of Newport Coast California. Brendon has a long history of defrauding Cannabis consumers for well over a decade with a variety of unlicensed scam Cannabis clone and seed companies and Southern California Cannabis delivery services selling counterfeit products. Brendon buys cheap Cannabis seeds overseas and then labels them whatever strain you happen to want. Brendon creates dozens of fake business entities online and then uses Yelp and Google Business listings to write literally thousands of fake five star reviews for his own companies. Brendon was sued in 2019 in Federal Court for $20,000 for copyright infringement using the business name UPS420.com. This case made national news headlines and details of the case can easily be found online （UPS v Kennedy）. Currently Kennedy is operating fake seed companies under the following names: The Seed Fair, Farmers Lab Seeds, Beaver Seeds, Crop King Seeds, Rocket Seeds, Sun West Genetics, Sonoma Seeds, Coastal Mary Seeds. These are all unlicensed seed companies selling fake seed strains. All of these companies are operated solely by Brendon Kennedy out of his condominium in Newport Coast California.
